Chef Bobby Marcotte started in the restaurant business at age 14, just 3 years later he was a Sous Chef and by age 21 a Head Chef. In 2013 he was chosen to helm The Tuckaway Tavern & Butchery as Executive Chef, responsible for food development in both the Tavern and Butchery. Under Bobby's leadership, the Tuckaway Tavern has gone on to receive a bevy of accolades from New Hampshire Magazine, Spoon University, Hippo and City Voter. The Tuckaway Tavern was also featured on Food Network's Diners Drive In's and Dives. Bobby then went on to win Guys Grocery Games: Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives Tournament not just once, but TWICE. @chefbobbymarcotte #forkinoffhospitality

When Yogi Sood was considering becoming a restaurateur in 1995, his vision for a new Indian restaurant was quite different from those already in the Boston area, most of which followed the fine-dining table service model. A frequent diner himself, he noticed an absence in the availability of high quality Indian cuisine that could be delivered quickly in a casual setting. The concept seemed to work for other ethnic cuisines such as Chinese and Japanese and thus he began wondering why it couldn't be done with Indian food. And, the concept was a hit! His vision has become reality and is now one of the region's first quick-casual restaurant chains offering authentic gourmet Indian cuisine. Gourmet India prepares everything fresh from scratch, using the best quality cuts of meat and the freshest vegetables available.
